We manufacture our demountable container systems and spreaders in Hapert, near the Belgian border. For sales, maintenance and repairs, we have a successful, well-established network of dealers around the world. So there is always a dealer near you.

Sales

Our dealers know our demountable container systems and spreaders like the back of their hands. That means they can give you great advice on the best options for you. This allows you to put together a container handling system that suits you 100%. But that’s not all. Our dealers will also install and maintain your systems and explain how your product works. We are happy to get you in touch with a dealer near you.

Service

Our dealers take care of the maintenance and repairs of your demountable container systems and spreaders on their premises – or yours – whenever possible. Ask your local dealer about our maintenance packages. Is special maintenance necessary? Then we are ready to help you at our own location in Hapert.

Spare parts

We expect our dealers to be easily accessible and to offer fast help for our customers. Of course, the same applies to us. That’s why your dealer can order spare parts for your container system quickly and easily via our dealer portal. Thanks to night distribution, they are delivered to our dealers before 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. the next morning. For international orders, deliveries are no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. That means your VDL container handling system will be back in top condition in no time.

Selection

Our dealers are an extension of our company. To become a (premium) dealer, they must meet several requirements. This ensures we are confident they have the knowledge and skills to assist you optimally. This means that they:

Know the local market like the back of your hand
Have in-depth knowledge of (our) sales systems and spreaders
Be trained to independently carry out assembly, service, and repairs according to our high-quality standards in their own workshop
Be easily accessible
Communicate and advise quickly, transparently, and honestly

Training

Several times a year, we provide training to our dealers. About our products, the structure of our systems, and the service we expect from them. We train them both in theory and practice. The certificate that dealers receive from us upon completion of the training proves that they can meet our high-quality standards.

Communication

All dealers have access to our dealer portal. Here they can find current information quickly and easily. Think of up-to-date technical specifications and the order status of a shipment. With the serial numbers of spare parts, spare parts can be found and ordered within minutes. Our technical account managers are in daily contact with our dealers. For example, to answer questions, assist with specific customer requests, or seek feedback.
